The DeepCool PN650M is an ATX v3.1 compliant power supply, using the same CWT platform as the larger members of the family, with codename GPX. It is a fully modular PSU, able to support mainstream and with a low power consumption processor (e.g. an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D), up to mid-level GPUs including the NVIDIA RTX 4070 Ti Super.
DeepCool is well known for its cooling solutions, but it has also been highly enrolled in the PSU market for quite some time now.

Like the other family members, the PN650M uses a well-known CWT platform codenamed GPX. It is between CWT’s CSZ and GPW platforms regarding cost and performance. The upgraded GPX platform is compatible with the ATX v3.1 spec, meaning it can repeatedly deliver double its full power for very short periods (0.1ms) without sweating. Despite the mid to low capacity (650W), the PN650M will be fine with an NVIDIA RTX 4070 Ti and AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D combination, which can deliver strong gaming. The RTX 4070 Ti has peak power spikes at 397.2W, while the 7800X3D doesn’t exceed 100W, so along with drives, fans, and cooling, a 650W PSU will be fine for this combination. Now, if you want to use an Intel 13900K or 14900K processor, you will need a much stronger PSU since these two can draw more than 350W sustained if you unlock their power consumption from the BIOS and hook up a good cooling solution to deal with the thermal loads.
