[115V] There is no semi-passive operation, but the fan spins at low RPMs, 400-450, until 560W, so its noise output remains below 6 dBA. From 595W to 640W, noise is below 10 dBA; until 780W, it is below 20 dBA. The 30 dBA mark is passed at 920W, and from 980W and above, it is in the 35-40 dBA range.

I don’t get it. This is a lower tier (M) in comparison to Deepcool PN1000P, but it’s acoustic profile is much more pleasant as the higher tier “P”.
