The high spikes are at 125 Hz and 315 Hz. There is also another one at 50 Hz, which might be caused by the mains network frequency.
50% Fan Speed
The 315 Hz frequency is the highest one.
75% Fan Speed
630 Hz is the top frequency.
80% Fan Speed
A notable frequency spike at 315 Hz.
83% Fan Speed
At 83% fan speed, the 315 Hz disappears!
100% Fan Speed

As with full fan speed, the peak is at 800 Hz. We also have a notable spike at 160 Hz.

I couldn’t check the pump’s frequencies because its speed is tied to the VRM fan!
