The Micronics Wizmax G 1200W is a high-end PSU from a brand mostly known in the Korean market. Read the review to find out more about its performance.
The Micronics Wizmax G 1200W is (or will be) included in my best ATX v3.x & PCIe 5.x PSU picks article.
The Micronics Wizmag G lineup offers three power supplies ranging from 850W to 1200W. They’re based on a platform from the Chinese OEM Great Wall—the same company behind Corsair’s popular SFX units that dominate the small-form-factor scene. Following today’s design standards, all Wizmag G models are fully modular and built to deliver solid performance while maintaining low noise levels, thanks to their advanced platform. How well they actually deliver on these claims is what this review will explore.
The Micronics Wizmax G 1200W is Platinum certified by Cybenetics, and it also meets the ATX v3.1 compliance standard, as approved by the same agency. At the time of the review, I found the Micronics Wizmax G 1200W on AliExpress for $210.
