Average Noise
The average noise output is high!

[115V] The passive operation only lasts for a very short period. My best guess for this is the high load on the minor rails. The fan starts at speeds exceeding 800 RPM, with noise output within 25-30 dBA. At 460W, noise exceeds 30 dBA, while at 500W, it exceeds 35 dBA. At 595W, noise goes over 40 dBA, and with 750W is in the 45-50 dBA zone.

Well, I see one red flag on the minor rail. If I’m counting it right, it’s just 0.42% out of 5% tolerance (5.42% under 3.3V)… or I miss something?
