BenQ treVolo U Desktop Dialogue Speaker Review

The BenQ treVolo U Desktop Dialogue speaker produces high quality sound and has several interesting features, that I will analyze in today’s review.

Since COVID has forced its way into our lives in the last few years, it has brought many problems, such as travel restrictions, difficulty attending meetings, etc., and the challenging COVID period boosted the use of online services like Zoom, Skype, and other conference apps, to keep up with everyday life activities. Besides software, though, a decent microphone and speaker are also required. Here is where BenQ’s treVolo U wireless speaker makes its entrance. BenQ (Bringing Enjoyment N Quality to Life) is a Taiwanese company derived from Acer, and it is now a multinational brand. The treVolo U is a relatively compact speaker but not a common one. It has an elaborate microphone and smart technology that might surprise you. If you do not like headphones or have other colleagues who must attend a seminar or meeting, this might be a suitable gadget to make a respectful dialogue online. However, its capabilities don’t stop there, as seen in today’s review.

  1. – Can you use this without Bluetooth?
    – Can you pair this up with other speakers and only use it as a microphone?
    – What happens when you block the camera?

    1. -You may use the provided 3.5mm audio cable instead of Bluetooth connection
-I haven’t tried this option. I will and get back to you
-Still works since I use it for my Zoom meetings
