The transient response is mediocre at 12V.
Transient Response ATX v3.0 Tests
The PSU meets the ATX v3.0 requirements. It would be nice to see above 3.2V at the 3.3V rail, though at the 200% transient load test.
The 12V rail performs decently in the ATX v3.0 tests.
