OCP is properly set at 12V, given the PSU’s mid-capacity. Unfortunately, this is not the case on the minor rails, where the OCP triggering points are sky-high, and the differences between cold and hot conditions are small. To effectively protect the PSU, OCP triggering points should be notably lower under harsh (e.g., hot) conditions.
The overpower protection is a bit higher than I would like to see (135-140%), but we didn’t encounter any problems during testing.
