Epilogue
The Cooler Master MasterAir MA824 Stealth is one of the best air-coolers that money can get you today, and it is sold at a very good price point, at 100 dollars, allowing it to achieve a top performance per price ratio. In terms of pure performance, the MasterAir MA824 Stealth cannot threaten the Noctua NH-D15, which remains the ultimate air-cooling solution in my charts. Nonetheless, the 20-dollar price difference is notable, providing the CM cooler with a tremendous advantage.
The Noctua NH-D15 remains the performance king, but the Cooler Master MasterAir MA824 Stealth is not far behind and is notably more affordable. On top of that, its build quality is top-notch, its LDB fans will last forever, and the increased compatibility with RAM modules is a vital asset. However, the design of the Deepcool Assassin IV works better when it comes to RAM compatibility.
If you don’t mind the large dimensions and you want to invest in a mega air cooler, you have several choices available, which start from 100 dollars (MasterAir MA824 Stealth) and go up to $110 (Deepcool Assassin IV), $115 (be quiet! Dark Rock Elite) and $120 (Noctua NH-D15). Whichever mega cooler you decide is the best fit for your system, I am sure you won’t be disappointed. The current performance levels are so high that it is challenging to release a new product, offering a tremendous performance difference from the existing products.
