XPG Valor Air Pro Chassis Review

XPG introduces the Air Pro, the new flagship of the Valor chassis lineup, robust in both construction and features. But what truly makes a flagship, and what sets this one apart?

XPG’s case lineup continues to expand, catering to every type of PC builder, from the compact Valor Mesh and Air Nano to the bold Invader X BTF and Battlecruiser II. Sitting right in the middle is the Valor Air Pro, a mid-tower chassis that blends the Valor family’s clean design language with impressive internal flexibility. It’s a budget-conscious option that doesn’t feel budget-built.

Building on the foundation of the Valor Air Plus, the Air Pro refines nearly every aspect: sturdier construction, a metal front panel for a more premium feel, and a classic interior layout. It offers excellent airflow, a painless build experience, and enough room for serious hardware. While the included 3-pin fans and lack of grommets leave some room for improvement, XPG nails the fundamentals of design and practicality here. The result is a chassis that looks good and feels well thought out for its price bracket.

Hardware support is generous: E-ATX motherboards, GPUs up to 400 mm, two 360 mm AIOs, four storage drives, and up to nine fans. Four pre-installed ARGB fans with daisy chaining and magnetic dust filters round out the feature set, making the Valor Air Pro a strong contender in the competitive mid-tower segment.
