The Deepcool PX1000G offers ATX v3.0 and PCIe 5.0 compatibility, and has a unique exterior degisn, which you will either like or hate.
The Deepcool PX1000G is included in my best ATX v3.0 & PCIe 5.0 PSU picks article.
After the PX1200G review, the time has come to review the PX1000G model, which is also ATX v3.0 and PCIe 5.0 ready, since it uses the same CWT platform as its big brother, with code name CSZ. This platform is prevalent in today’s PSU market, used in the Thermaltake GF3 models with up to 1200W max power, the Montech Titan Gold line, and the NZXT C1200, among others. The PX1000G has a Cybenetics Platinum rating in efficiency and a Standard++ (30-35 dB[A]) in noise. The PX1200G has the same Cybenetics efficiency rating but received a Standard+ (35-40 dB[A]) in noise since it is noisier. Both units use the same fan, but it doesn’t have to spin as fast in the 1000W model because of the lower capacity. Still, the PX1000G is not among the quietest PSUs in this category.
The Deepcool PX1000G has compact dimensions for its capacity, measuring 160mm in length. It only uses Japanese capacitors for increased reliability, and the fluid dynamic fan also plays a role in this.

Deepcool PX1000G or Msi A1000G.
Msi A1000G is 30 dollars expensive in my country.
Thanks in advance
Note that I am not sure of the Deepcool PSU’s support, given that this brand has sanctions
In my country the brand has incredible support. I know Deepcools marketing manager and he would help me out in Rma if anything goes south.
Considering that both Deepcool A1000G and Msi A1000G are manufactured on the same platform by CWT. Which one should I go for ? (Deepcool PX1000G is 30 dollars cheaper here)
Then the choice is easy 🙂
Thank you so much for the reply.
Also would it be worth spending 50 dollars more for the platinum version of this Deepcool psu which is PX1000P. Planning to pair it with an RTX4090 at stock speeds.
Deepcool PX1000G (160€) or Corsair RMx SHIFT 1000W (200€)? Thank you so much for your work!
Deepcool unless you need Corsair’s side panel so much.
