Box & Bundle

No box came with this sample, so here is a photo of Tom, our hard-working cat!

Once more, we see the typical DeepCool PSU design, with the weird-looking fan grille with large openings allowing for good airflow. Thanks to its 140 mm length, the PSU’s dimensions are compact. At its front size, the exhaust grille has rectangle perforations instead of the typical honeycomb-style ones, and the power switch has a distinctive color.

Around the back, the modular panel hosts eleven sockets, one of which is a 12V-2×6 header.

Cables

Modular Cables
Description Cable Count Connector Count (Total) Gauge In Cable Capacitors
ATX connector 20+4 pin (595mm) 1 1 18AWG No
4+4 pin EPS12V (610mm) 2 2 16AWG No
6+2 pin PCIe (600mm) 3 3 16AWG No
12+4 pin PCIe (650mm) (600W) 1 1 16-24AWG No
SATA (455mm+120mm+120mm+120mm) 2 8 18AWG No
4-pin Molex (455mm+120mm+120mm+120mm) 1 4 18AWG No

The ATX cable is long enough, nearly 600m. I would like to see longer EPS cables, though, at least 650mm. Contrary to the 1200W model, this one comes with two EPS connectors, covering 99% of usage scenarios. Three dedicated PCIe cables hold 6+2 pin connectors and a 12+4 pin PCIe, set at 600W. The number of peripheral connectors is adequate, but the distance between them is small, at 120mm. Lastly, all cables are individually sleeved.
