[115V] The fan starts at high speeds, which will be a problem for users concerned about noise output. Around 475W, the PSU passes the 30 dBA mark, while 35 dBA is reached with 510W at 12V. With more than 570W at 12V, you will be treated with over 40 dBA. and for some smaller periods, the noise goes over 45 dBA.

Probably just a typographical error. I suggest you correct the amperage on the 12 volt rail from 6,205 amps to 62.5 amps.
I agree with your review. The psu may be budget oriented but it does need a few improvements.
