Load regulation is tight overall. Only the 5VSB rail has high voltage drops, but as long as its voltage is above the lowest allowable limit (4.75V), it doesn’t matter so much.

I noticed a large difference in ripple at 12V between 115V and 230V. The same is the case, but in a lower degree, for the minor rails.
