The 12V rail’s over current protection is conservatively set under both hot and cold conditions, and the same goes for the over power protection. The only problem is that the triggering points should be further apart, with the ones at high temperatures being notably lower than the ones at cold temperatures.

OCP triggering points are sky-high on the minor rails, and as a result, the unit broke during the 5V rail’s evaluation. CWT should lower them to more realistic levels. There is no need for above 30A on the minor rails!
