Raijintek’s First Leap Into Keyboards: The MGA-68

Software

The bundled Axion Software is lightweight, cleanly designed, and powerful. Installation is quick, and the interface is divided into clear sections: Key remapping, Actuation tuning, Lighting, and Macros.

What stands out is the depth of actuation control; users can tune the actuation point for each key independently between 0.1 mm and 3.7 mm. You can set a hair-trigger for FPS movement keys and a longer press for accidental-command prevention in productivity tasks.

The software also supports:

  • Rapid Trigger Mode: perfect for competitive gaming, especially in FPS or rhythm games
  • Dead zone customization: fine-tune release thresholds to suit personal habits
  • Dual-layer key mapping: assign alternative functions to long-presses
  • Lighting effects: reactive, ripple, wave, and per-key customization
  • Polling rate configuration: 1K–8K Hz, adjustable for performance vs. power use

Language support is solid (English, German, Italian), and the interface is intuitive enough that even newcomers to custom keyboards won’t feel lost.
