Part Analysis
Photos of the PCB’s front and back sides. I expected a white PCB!
The AD103 GPU. TSMC Taiwan makes it using a 5-nanometer process. It has a die size of 379 mm², enough to host 45.9 billion transistors. You will find more details in TechPoweUp’s GPU database.
Eleven power phases provide power to the GPU. A UPI uP9512U controls them.
The GPU’s VRMs use AOZ5311NQI DrMOS components by Alpha & Omega Semiconductor, rated for 55A max.
A two-phase VRM handles memory using a pair of AOZ5311NQI DrMOS FETs.
A uPI uP9529Q PWM controller handles the VRM that feeds the RAM modules.
The memory chips are made by Micron, and their model number is D8BZC, which decodes to MT61K512M32KPA-21:U (GDDR6X). They are rated at 1313 MHz (21 Gbps effective).
The RGB controller.
The card has a 12V-2×6 header.
