EKWB EK-Nucleus AIO CR360 Lux D-RGB AIO Review – Great Performance

Overall Performance

To calculate each cooler’s overall performance, I take into account three factors, the CPU’s temperature, wattage, and frequency, by using the following equation:

(Wattage / Temperature) x Frequency

Each chart shows the cooler under test as 100% and every other product’s performance as relative to it.

The Nucleus takes the lead from the Deepcool and Corsair AIOs at high fan speeds, but the difference from the CM MasterLiquid 360 Atmos is notable. It also loses to the Deepcool LT720 at 20/25/35 dBA.

At full speed, the Nucleus is close to the CM MasterLiquid 360 Atmos, but the latter is notably less noisy (42.6 dBA vs. 38.2 dBA)

Performance Per Price

The price is high, with a $2 difference from the expensive MasterLiquid 360 Atmos, so the performance per dollar ratio is low.

  1. Hi thanks for the review.
I hesitate between CM Atmos and the EK Water Blocks EK-Nucleus CR360 Dark version.
The fans are not RGB, the performance should be better?

    1. Both are very good. If I remember correctly the Atmos is slightly better in performance, but I like the true daisy chain of the Nucleus fans.
