Hold Up Time
The hold-up time doesn’t exceed 16ms, so this PSU doesn’t meet the ATX v3.0 spec’s requirements. Nonetheless, there is a paradox here. Since it doesn’t have a 12+4 pin connector, its hold-up time meets the ATX v3.1 spec’s requirements so that it can be ATX v3.1 compatible if it can handle up to 150% power spikes.
Inrush Current
At 115V, the inrush current is low and at a high level at 230V.
