Efficiency Normal, Light & Super-Light Loads

Efficiency is high on all load ranges, especially the light ones, where the difference with the A750GL is huge.

Average Efficiency

The average efficiency meets the Cybenetics Platinum criteria. Nonetheless, MSI decided to “downgrade” this badge to Gold.

Average PF

The APFC converter has room for improvement at 115V, but it achieves good performance at 230V.

Average Efficiency 5VSB

The 5VSB rail’s efficiency is low.

Vampire Power

Vampire power is increased, especially at 230V, where it exceeds 0.1W.

  1. Yello, I’m in India and only have two same priced PSU options: MSI MAG A750GL and Deepcool PN750M, everything else is priced at 1.5 to 2 times these psu. They are almost identical units, but I’m still confused which to get. Which would you suggest?

      1. Hi Aris, quick clarification, when I asked about the MSI A750GL vs PN750M (under the GLS review), did you mean the GL or the GLS model in your reply? I only have the GL variant available.
