Load regulation is tight overall. Only the 5VSB rail has high voltage drops, but as long as its voltage is above the lowest allowable limit (4.75V), it doesn’t matter so much.

Probably just a typographical error. I suggest you correct the amperage on the 12 volt rail from 6,205 amps to 62.5 amps.
I agree with your review. The psu may be budget oriented but it does need a few improvements.
