The transient response is mediocre overall. Helly should improve the 3.3V rail’s terrible response.
Transient Response ATX v3.1 Tests
The PSU passes all ATX v3.1 transient response tests. The 3.3V rail also keeps its voltage well above 3.2V. So far, only the 800W model drops its 3.3V rail below 3.2V.
Given the platform’s age and price, the 12V rail keeps its voltage at a satisfactory level.

Hi, please tell us how it is “almost” ATX 3.1? This is branded as ATX 3.0 lots of your other reviews also state ATX 3.1 when even the PSU box says ATX 3.1
Also does this PL550D have a 12V2X6 connector?
