[115V] The passive operation doesn’t last long, and the fan starts and stops several times, so it will be annoying since it starts with noise within the 20-25 dBA region. With more than 420W, the PSU’s fan enters the 25-30 dBA range, while the 30 dBA mark is passed with a 510W load. With over 620W, noise exceeds 35 dBA. In general, the fan speed profile should be smoother at light load. Unfortunately, there is no option to turn off the fan-stop feature.
