I would go for the RM750x ATX v3.1 because it is a new and unique (only Corsair has it) design. That said the SS units are also good! The Corsair RM75...

It is a good fan. Most likely it uses a rifle bearing and not a plain sleeve bearing, but in theory this is a sleeve bearing type, too, just an improv...
APC ups might be good but they are SUPER expensive for what they offer. I would go for a less-known brand.

They are affordable choices. The PL750D uses a much older platform. Personally, I would prefer the Segotep unit at this price point.
