I would go for 1kW unit, just to be sure and future-proof. The Leadex VII Gold 1000W is ideal. It uses 2x 8pins which also pass the required sense ...

I would go for the RM750x ATX v3.1 because it is a new and unique (only Corsair has it) design. That said the SS units are also good! The Corsair RM75...
