as far as I know Seasonic's cables are all 600W yes.
Clicks. Hm no it shouldn't do that. The PSU only clicks once it starts, because the bypass relay cuts off the circuit the NTC thermistor.
Powerwalker UPS are decent for their money, and I never had any problems with them.
