Relative Performance HD
You should keep in mind that I used a more capable processor in the RTX 4070, the AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, while all other cards were tested with an Intel i9-12900KF, which is the bottleneck for some strong cards, especially the RTX 4090, at HD resolution. In other words, the RTX 3090 Ti and RTX 4090 will be notably faster if I used the same processor, and the 6900XT and the RTX 3080 Ti would be faster.
Relative Performance QHD
In QHD resolution, where the processor is not the bottleneck, the 4070 is notably faster than the 3070 Ti.
Relative Performance UHD
There is no CPU bottleneck in UHD, with the graphics card being the only limiting factor. The RTX 4090 offers double the performance of the 4070 but also costs way more.
