The GPU is powered through eight power phases, while two power phases handle the RAM. The DrMOS handling all power phases are provided by Alpha & Omega, and their model time is AOZ5311NQI BLN3.

A uPI uP9512R controller handles the eight-phase GPU power circuit, while the two-phase circuit powering the RAM is controlled by a uPI uP9529Q.

The uS5650Q is a 4-Channel Analog prefilter and Multiplexer. It is used for current monitor purposes.

The card’s flash memory: IS25WP016.

I suspect that this is the RGB controller.
