It would be best if you kept in mind that I used a more capable processor in the RTX 4060/4070 and the AMD Radeon RX 7600, the AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, while all other cards were tested with an Intel i9-12900KF, which is the bottleneck for some strong cards, especially the RTX 4090, at HD resolution.
Relative Performance QHD
In QHD resolution, the RTX 4060 is faster than the RX 7600, and with RTX enabled it totally destroys it.
Relative Performance UHD
UHD has no CPU bottleneck, with the graphics card being the only limiting factor. The RTX 4060 stands well against the slightly more affordable AMD RX 7600, while it is almost 25% behind the RTX 4060 Ti.
