Hello,

After I replaced the hx620w I've been running for the last 10+ years with a new rx750x I started getting a loud funky sound on speakers and headphones after shutdown. Noise demo on: removed link
I got worried and put the old hx620 back in and the noise disappeared, so pretty sure it's related to the new PSU.
Some current must be dumped to the motherboard when the PSU quits, ending up in the analog out of the integrated sound card.
Is this expected and what could cause it?
It's the first time I've heard it in the builds I've done over the years and a bit inconvenient to have to remember to turn off the speakers first. But mostly I'm a little worried over an unknown quantity of current zapping my components.
