Max Operating Temperature
To check the operating temperatures, I run Blender instead of Prime95 and small FFTs, which applies an unrealistically high load to the CPU.
With a high-end cooler, operating temperatures stay low despite the use and the load. The provided Wraith Spire will be just fine for this APU.
