Overall Performance
To calculate each cooler’s overall performance, I take into account three factors, the CPU’s temperature, wattage, and frequency, by using the following equation:
(Wattage / Temperature) x Frequency
Each chart shows the cooler under test as 100% and every other product’s performance as relative to it.
Overall performance is low for AIO standards. The Cooler Master 360 Atmos achieves an over 10% difference up to 30 dBA and a 10% difference at 35 dBA. Although the Cooler Master 360 Atmos produces 38.2 dBA with its fans at full speed versus the 44.2 dBA of the MSI AIO, it is still close to 8% better at full fan speed!
Performance Per Price
The $140 price tag and the not-that-great performance, for AIO standards, don’t help here. Still, it outperforms several other AIOs, including the more expensive CM Atmos 360 (except the 20 dBA test).
