Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360 A-RGB AIO Review: Surprising Results!

Overall Performance (Intel)

To calculate each cooler’s overall performance, I take into account three factors, the CPU’s temperature, wattage, and frequency, by using the following equation:

(Wattage / Temperature) x Frequency

Each chart shows the cooler under test as 100% and every other product’s performance as relative to it.

The Freezer III 280 performs better in the Intel platform. The difference is not that large, but it should be the other way around. For those of you wondering whether the block has been installed properly on the socket, check the CPU power consumption of the Freezer III 360 model. It is the highest of all at full fan speed, and in most tests, it is higher than that of the 280mm model. If the block hadn’t been properly installed, the CPU’s power consumption wouldn’t be as high.

Performance Per Price (Intel)

I didn’t use the promo prices but the normal ones since the promo period will end soon, and I cannot change these charts frequently. With its normal price, the Freezer III 360 faces intense competition from other AIOs, especially the 280mm Freezer III model.

  1. The performance of the 360 is only lower on the LG 1700. It turns out that there is a good chance that the frame pressure provided by Arctica is random.
