Average Noise
The PSU’s average noise output is among the lowest in the 1000W category.
Fan Noise & Speed Maps @ 28-32 °C – 115V
The fan’s close-to-400-RPM operation lasts for a long time when the combined load on the minor rails remains below 85W. With more than 700W at 12V, the noise exceeds 20 dBA, then drops below that for a short operational period to 15-20 dBA before rising again at around 920W @ 12V, above 25 dBA. All in all, the fan speed profile is highly relaxed.

At 230V, the fan speed profile is identical to the one at 115V.
