Hold Up Time
The hold-up time is high, and the power-ok signal is accurate. It is good to see ATX v3.1 units not having a hold-up time below 17ms.
Inrush Current
The inrush currents are high, especially at 115V. Note that I take inrush current readings using the worst-case scenario when the bulk cap is almost empty, which is challenging to achieve.

The PSU supports Alternative Low Power Modes.
