The transient response is mediocre on all rails except for 5VSB, which doesn’t matter much.
Transient Response ATX v3.1 Tests
The PSU passes all ATX v3.1 transient response tests, but the 3.3V rail drops below 3.2V in the 180% and 200% tests.
The 12V rail’s performance is decent in the high-load transient response tests. Still, the SF1000 is far away.
