The fan’s passive operation lasts long enough if you don’t push the max combined load on the minor rails above 65W. The PSU’s fan doesn’t even reach 30 dBA, exceeding 25 dBA at around 690W. All in all, this is a quiet operating PSU.

The fan speed profile is identical to the one at 115V, with some minor differences at high loads, at both 12V and the minor rails.
