Efficiency Normal, Light & Super-Light Loads
Efficiency is low at normal loads, average at light loads, and high at superlight loads.
Average Efficiency
The platform’s average efficiency is low compared to similar spec units.
Average PF
The APFC converter’s performance doesn’t look that good from the graphs, especially the 115V one, but the difference with the top-performing units is not that large.
Average Efficiency 5VSB
The 5VSB rail is not efficient.
Vampire Power
Vampire power is low.

You left out the very interesting noise graph from your test at 230V over at Cybenetics. That result suggets a terrible fan behavior at the higher voltage used in a large part of the world.

Any idea why it behaved like that? 🙂
I am pretty use all graphs are in the review. You mean the CL Noise 230V graph?
