MSI MAG A1250GL PCIE5 ATX v3.1 PSU Review

Box & Bundle

The unit’s box has an appealing graphics design, boosting the compatibility of the ATX v3.1 and PCIe 5.1. The box provides good protection at the internals, since the unit is surrounded by packing foam.

Compact dimensions and a semi-restricted fan grille, so I don’t expect low noise output at high loads. The modular panel has eleven sockets, including a 12V-2×6 header.

4-pin Molex (500mm+150mm+150mm+150mm) / FDD (+150mm) 1 4 / 1 18-20AWG No
AC Power Cord (1395mm) – C13 coupler 1 1 18AWG

The ATX cable is long enough, nearly 600m, and the EPS cables are extra long at 750mm. Two cables hold four PCIe 6+2 pin connectors and there is also a 12+4 pin PCIe, set at 600W. The number of peripheral connectors is vast, and the distance between them is ideal at 150mm.
