The 12V OCP triggering point is set high at normal conditions but drops significantly at high temperatures to effectively protect the PSU. This is not the case for the minor rails, which have identical OCP triggering points at normal and high temperatures. There should be a notable difference between these two completely different operating conditions.
The OPP triggering point is set high at normal temperatures, but it drops below 130% at high temperatures.
