The average transient response is not good at 12V at 5V. However, it is decent at 3.3V.

Transient Response ATX v3.1 Tests

The PSU passes all ATX v3.1 transient response tests, but the 12V and 3.3V rails drop low at the 200% load test.

The 12V rail’s performance is not so competitive in these tests.
