Transient Response
20% Load – 20ms
Voltage | Before | After | Change | Pass/Fail |
12V | 12.042V | 11.859V | 1.52% | Pass |
5V | 5.076V | 4.975V | 1.99% | Pass |
3.3V | 3.336V | 3.228V | 3.25% | Pass |
5VSB | 5.026V | 4.962V | 1.27% | Pass |
50% Load -20ms
Voltage | Before | After | Change | Pass/Fail |
12V | 12.035V | 11.874V | 1.34% | Pass |
5V | 5.066V | 4.965V | 1.99% | Pass |
3.3V | 3.327V | 3.213V | 3.43% | Pass |
5VSB | 4.995V | 4.945V | 1.00% | Pass |
The transient response should be better. I expected lower voltage drops, especially at 12V.
Transient Response ATX v3.0 Tests
The PSU successfully passed all ATX v3.0 transient response tests.
With a 200% transient load, the drop at 12V is controlled. Still, the Corsair SFX-L units perform better.
