APC ups might be good but they are SUPER expensive for what they offer. I would go for a less-known brand.
Thing of the warranty also. Seasonic has top support, as far as I know. I am not sure about Antec.

They are affordable choices. The PL750D uses a much older platform. Personally, I would prefer the Segotep unit at this price point.

White PSUs and ATX v3.x are rare, especially at that price range. Super Flower comes to mind first.
