MSI has introduced GPU Safeguard and GPU Safeguard+, protective features on new power supplies designed to prevent 12V-2×6 connector failures. If abnormal current is detected, the PSU emits a warning buzzer, and GPU Safeguard+ also triggers a pop-up alert via MSI Center software. The alert continues until the PC is shut down to prevent GPU damage.
