OpenRGB SDK Integration and Universal Fan Control
HYTE is teaming up with OpenRGB to integrate its SDK into Nexus 2.0, enabling the synchronization of RGB lighting across over 1,800 third-party devices. The Universal Fan Control feature uses motherboard PWM headers for intelligent, system-wide cooling, ensuring optimized performance and aesthetics.
Exciting Winter Feature Updates
For Y70/Y70TI Cases:
Nexus 2.0 introduces a completely redesigned screen grid for HYTE’s Y70 Touch and Y70 Touch Infinite cases. This intuitive feature allows users to drag and place widgets on the case screen, while the new Macro Touchpad widget provides seamless control over programs, system settings, and even macros. Lighting and cooling adjustments can also be made directly on the case screen.
For THICC Q60 and Q80 Trio AIO Coolers:
Nexus 2.0 elevates HYTE’s AIO cooling lineup with the Multi-Stat Panel feature, which allows users to monitor up to three sensors in real-time on the built-in 5″ Ultraslim HD display. The Auto Focus feature dynamically adapts the LCD based on the active application, while the new carousel mode lets users cycle through custom screen configurations on a timer.
Music and Media Sync Enhancements
The new Music Sync 2.0 feature takes lighting customization to the next level by allowing system lighting to respond dynamically to music vocals, instruments, and frequencies. The media cropping functionality also simplifies the import process, eliminating the need for external editing tools.
Refreshed User Interface
HYTE has completely overhauled Nexus 2.0’s design language for a modern, intuitive look. With expanded customization options, new widgets, and consistent styling, Nexus 2.0 ensures a seamless user experience. International users will also benefit from expanded language support throughout 2025.
