After enrolling in pilot training, I decided to make an advanced flight sim. We have done this so far (I am not alone in this project, thankfully). The next step is to add the motion part, for which we are waiting for a spare part to arrive. Hopefully, our bad luck will stop there, but I can tell you for sure that our creativity won’t!
Last night, I was up until 2 a.m. designing and printing a Tobii tracker because I couldn’t mount it on the bottom center of the Samsung monitor, where the menu button is.
I used it for an hour or so today while doing some training flights, and it has great potential. I strongly believe that any pilot should have and use one!
We will have to install these parts to add motion to the simulator!
