At CES 2026, a company called NuraLogix unveiled the Longevity Mirror, a smart mirror that claims to predict your future health using just a 30-second selfie.
How It Works
Using patented Transdermal Optical Imaging, the mirror analyzes blood-flow patterns in your face via a standard video selfie. It then provides a “Longevity Index” score (0-100) across several metrics, including:
- Cardiovascular & metabolic health risk
- Physiological (biological) age
- Mental stress levels
- Heart health
The AI models behind it were trained on hundreds of thousands of patient records and are said to estimate health risks up to 20 years in advance.
The Catch
While the mirror provides instant feedback and includes an AI health assistant, some measurements, like blood pressure, are still undergoing FDA review. Early hands-on reports from CES found it could be accurate for heart rate and stress, but less so for metrics like BMI without manual input.
Price & Availability
The mirror will retail for $899 (including a 1-year subscription), with a $99 annual fee after that. An optional “One-Touch Health Concierge” service, which connects you to wellness coaches, starts at $399/year. It’s slated to launch in early 2026.
The Bigger Picture
This mirrors a growing “longevity tech” trend at CES, alongside smart scales and hormonal tests. It’s notable for being contact-free, no blood, urine, or saliva required. Whether consumers will welcome this level of daily health judgment, however, remains to be seen.
