Part Analysis
Taking apart the card is easy.
The heatsink with the three heatpipes.
Photos of the PCB’s front and back sides.
The AD106 GPU. TSMC Taiwan makes it using a 5-nanometer process. It has a die size of 190 mm², enough to host 22.9 billion transistors.
Six power phases provide power to the GPU. A UPI uP9512R controls them.
Six BLN3-AOZ5311NQI DrMOS are used by the VRMs, feeding the GPU with power. Each can handle up to 55A.
The Samsung GDDR6 RAM chips can do 2500 MHz (20Gbps effective), and their model number is K4ZAF325BC-SC20.
VRAM is powered through a single phase using ON3103 and ON3107 FETs. The buck controller is a GStek GS9216 IC.
The HDMI and DP ports.
The uS5650Q is a 4-Channel Analog prefilter and Multiplexer. It is used for current monitor purposes.
I suspect that this is the RGB controller.
