Relative Performance HD
It would be best if you kept in mind that I used a more capable processor in the RTX 4060/4070 and the AMD Radeon RX 7600, the AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, while all other cards were tested with an Intel i9-12900KF, which is the bottleneck for some strong cards, especially the RTX 4090, at HD resolution. In other words, the RTX 3090 Ti and RTX 4090 would be notably faster if I used the same processor, and the 6900XT and the RTX 3080 Ti would be faster.
Relative Performance QHD
In QHD resolution, the RTX 4060 Ti is notably faster than the RX 7600, and it is a tad slower than the RTX 3070 Ti.
Relative Performance UHD
UHD has no CPU bottleneck, with the graphics card being the only limiting factor. The RTX 4090 offers almost triple the performance of the 4060 but also costs more than tree times more.
