is the ripple level 50mv at full load of the power supply, not dangerous for the computer?

Nope, it is not of immediate danger, but it stresses the components more. That is on the minor rails where 50 mV is the limit.

@crmaris does it load only the components of the power supply unit or the computer as a whole?
