HDPLEX makes one very unique PSU, it has GaN transistors, very high efficiency and I think same topology as AX1600i. It also has unique form factor that is very small, its designed for tiny SFF cases.
I want to build a PC using this PSU, but my concern is that I didnt find it tested anywhere, I am concerned about ripple, hold up time, temperatures and noise as it has tiny 40mm fan.
If someone could send one to crmaris for review, I would be so happy and thankfull, it isnt expensive, it cost like 165$, maybe if crmaris would request one for review that would be awesome, they do have EU warehouse.

I think they wanted to send one for certification, but eventually, they never did.
@crmaris Can you please ask them to send you one for review?
If they say no, I was thinking of buying it and sending it to you for review, where do you live?
Any updates on this PSU review request? I have been using their products (both GaN 250W/500W and prior models) for years in the very small form factor PC niche. They are the preferred PSU for anything in the sub 5L range.
I am currently typing on a PC using the 500W GaN HDplex unit in a sub 5L case and it has been solid for me. I would love to see what Hardware Busters thinks about them
I haven't talked with them yet, sorry.
@crmaris I sent Larry with HDplex an email this morning and he said he would be happy to send a sample unit in for review if you can give him your contact/shipping information.
Please email: larry@hdplex.com
The current HD-Plex offerings that are very popular in the SFF community are the 250W and 500W GaN AIO ATX units. I have used both in my daily driver workstation builds which come in below 5 liter case volume, you may want to check them both out.
Can't wait to see what you think of them
Hi! you were fast 🙂 thanks! I will email Larry but I don't promise for anything fast, since this period I am hugely overloaded.
@crmaris No worries, I am just a fan of his products and would like to see him recognized for the quality products he has made available over the years. I know you will give him a fair shake
